Note: This is a permanent account perk — no item is delivered. It is applied to your account automatically shortly after purchase and works from the very next boost onward.

This perk applies to the Survival server only.

This perk includes:

• Auto-Tip — every player-activated boost is tipped for you, automatically, forever
  
  Trigger: every player-activated global boost — XP boosts and element shard boosts alike, the moment they go live
  Rewards: $1,000,000 in-game cash and 1,000,000 XP per boost — the full tip reward, identical to running /tip yourself
  Duration: permanent — a one-time purchase that never expires
  
  Tipping is limited to one tip per player per boost — this perk simply guarantees yours is never missed. Your auto-tip counts as your tip for that boost; a new boost opens a fresh tip (and a fresh reward) every time.
  Tip XP is honest XP — never multiplied by boosts, and if you're at the level cap it banks safely until you choose to Ascend. It will never Ascend you by accident.
  The booster is rewarded and thanked with every tip you send — your auto-tips look and feel exactly like a personal /tip.
  You can never tip your own boosts — tips are for cheering on the other players powering the server.
  
  This is purely a convenience perk — everything it does, the free /tip command does too. What you're buying is never missing a single one, no matter how busy the grind gets.
  
  

From the moment this perk is active, every eligible boost the community activates pays you the full tip reward — automatically, with zero effort, forever.

Age Policy

• Minimum Age Requirement: By completing a purchase on Histatu Network's store, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence).

• Parental/Guardian Consent for Minors: If you are under 18 years of age, you affirm that you have obtained explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian prior to completing this transaction. Said parent or legal guardian must have reviewed and agreed to all terms outlined on this page—including the Refund and Cancellation Policy below—on your behalf, and is considered the responsible party for the purchase.

• Payment Method Authorization: You confirm that the payment method used for this transaction belongs to you, or that you have express authorization from the cardholder/account owner to use it. Unauthorized use of a parent's, guardian's, or any third party's payment method without their consent will be treated as fraudulent activity.

• Right to Verify: Histatu Network reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age or guardian consent at any time. Purchases found to be in violation of this policy may be voided at our discretion, and the associated in-game account may be subject to suspension. Histatu Network shall not be held liable for purchases made by minors without proper guardian authorization.

• Applicability: This Age Policy applies in full to every package, rank, cosmetic, key, currency bundle, and any other digital good or service listed in this store, regardless of price or category.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Final Sale Notice: All transactions made through this store are for intangible digital goods. Due to the nature of these products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.

• Immediate Access Waiver: By clicking "Purchase" or "Pay," you provide express consent for the digital content to be delivered immediately and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable by local law).

• Dispute and Chargeback Policy: Opening a dispute or initiating a chargeback through a payment provider or bank is a violation of our Terms of Service. Such actions will result in the permanent termination of your account, a ban from all related services, and the blacklisting of your payment information.

• Legal Compliance: Except as required by mandatory local law (e.g., for defective goods that cannot be repaired or replaced), no exceptions to this policy will be made. We reserve the right to contest any fraudulent chargebacks using transaction logs and delivery confirmation data.
