Welcome to the Histatu Network store.

Before you buy: Some packages here affect gameplay and some are cosmetic only. Every package says which it is, and every package containing randomized rewards publishes its full odds, its guarantee, its duplicate rules and what it is likely to cost before you commit. Nothing here is required to play.

Purchases fund the running of the network - servers, hosting and the tooling behind them. Histatu is run as a passion project rather than a commercial venture.

Histatu Network is back - now in Hytale

Originally launched as a Minecraft server in 2020, rebuilt for Hytale with the same core features and a great deal more. Built by industry developers.

Histatu combines the nostalgia of classic survival and factions with a modern MMO-style experience built for Hytale. Whether you are a casual grinder or a hardcore raider, there is something to chase every session.

What you will find in-game

  • Survival and Factions - open-world building and trading, plus empire building with raiding and base fortification.
  • Custom enchants - over 25, each with its own levelling tiers, applicable to any weapon, tool or armour piece.
  • Major dungeons - a multi-trial-chamber experience with co-op PvE gameplay and its own rewards.
  • Custom endgame - three bespoke dimension worlds with tiered boss fights yielding mithril, onyxium and prisma.
  • MMO mechanics - a custom plugin with over 100 abilities, levelling systems and distinct playstyles.
  • Player economy - a player-driven market with shops and auction houses.
  • Social and combat systems - a bounty system, and safe kit-based duelling that risks no survival loot.
  • Technical - auto load-balancing across NA and EU regions for consistent performance and uptime.

How buying works here

  • Almost everything here can also be earned by playing. Ranks are reachable through normal gameplay, and crate keys drop from voting, raids, world bosses and the in-game key exchange - each crate page lists the exact in-game routes for its own key. Buying is a shortcut, not the only route.
  • Where an item is crate-only, we say so. Divine weapons, for example, come only from the Divine crate - but the keys for it are earnable in-game like any other, so the weapons are not behind a paywall.
  • Some purchases affect gameplay. Where that is true the package says so plainly, at the top of its page. Cosmetic-only packages say that instead. Nothing is left for you to guess.
  • Randomized rewards publish their odds. Every crate package lists the exact chance of every outcome, the guarantee threshold, whether rewards can repeat, and what obtaining a given reward is likely to cost. The same tables are viewable in-game at any time.
  • Randomized rewards are 18+. See the Age Policy below - guardian consent does not permit a minor to buy one.
  • Prices shown are the regular price. During a sale you pay less, and any cost figures on a package page fall by the same proportion.

Age Policy

  • Minimum Age Requirement: By completing a purchase on Histatu Network's store, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence).
  • Randomised Items - Strictly 18+: Crate keys and any other package containing randomised rewards may only be purchased by a person aged 18 or over. This is an absolute requirement: guardian consent does not permit a purchase of a randomised item by anyone under 18, and any such purchase will be reversed and the items removed. Every other category in this store remains subject to the guardian-consent terms below.
  • Parental/Guardian Consent for Minors: Except for randomised items, which are 18+ only as stated above: if you are under 18 years of age, you affirm that you have obtained explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian prior to completing this transaction. Said parent or legal guardian must have reviewed and agreed to all terms outlined on this page — including the Refund and Cancellation Policy below — on your behalf, and is considered the responsible party for the purchase.
  • Payment Method Authorization: You confirm that the payment method used for this transaction belongs to you, or that you have express authorization from the cardholder/account owner to use it. Unauthorized use of a parent's, guardian's, or any third party's payment method without their consent will be treated as fraudulent activity.
  • Right to Verify: Histatu Network reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age or guardian consent at any time. Purchases found to be in violation of this policy may be voided at our discretion, and the associated in-game account may be subject to suspension. Histatu Network shall not be held liable for purchases made by minors without proper guardian authorization.
  • Applicability: This Age Policy applies in full to every package, rank, cosmetic, key, currency bundle, and any other digital good or service listed in this store, regardless of price or category - subject to the 18+ rule for randomised items, which overrides the guardian-consent route wherever the two would conflict.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Statutory rights come first: Nothing in this policy removes a right you have under the consumer law of your country. If mandatory local law gives you a right to cancel, withdraw or obtain a refund, that right applies and overrides everything below.
  • EU/UK right of withdrawal: Purchases of digital content normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because delivery is immediate, we ask you to consent to instant delivery and acknowledge that doing so ends that right once delivery has begun - this is the standard arrangement under the Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you have not consented, or delivery has not begun, you keep the full 14 days.
  • Outside those rights: Because these are intangible digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are otherwise final. We will still put right anything that was not delivered, was delivered incorrectly, or does not work as described - contact support and we will fix or refund it.
  • Randomised items: A randomised reward that was delivered as described is not refundable on the basis of the outcome you received. A purchase made by someone under 18 will be reversed, as stated in the Age Policy above.
  • Unauthorised purchases: If someone used your payment method without permission, contact us and we will investigate and refund a purchase we find to be unauthorised.
  • Before you chargeback: Please open a support ticket first - we can usually resolve it faster than your bank can. We may suspend an account while a payment dispute is open, and we reserve the right to contest disputes we believe to be mistaken using our transaction and delivery records.
