What this costs

Per-key costs below divide the subscription price by how many keys of that crate it grants each month (3 armory, 160 cosmetics, 130 elite, 165 hero, 70 legend, 3 mounts, 63 mythic, 3 pets, 63 titan), counting the daily kit over 30 days. The daily kit has to be claimed each day - claim fewer and your cost per key is correspondingly higher.

Figures are calculated from the published odds and pity rules above, at this package's regular price. Random rewards are random: these are averages, not a promise, and actual spend will vary. If you buy while a discount is running, every figure here falls by the same percentage.

Crate contents and odds change from time to time. The table above is generated directly from the server's live configuration, so it always shows the odds in force right now, and the in-game tables are regenerated from that same source at the same moment - the two cannot disagree. Every previous version is kept in a dated odds history we retain for at least 12 months and will provide on request. Odds are never changed for an individual player, never varied by how much you have already spent, and any change applies to everyone at once. Changes are permanent - new rewards added, retired ones removed, or a rebalance. We do not run temporary, seasonal or event-limited odds boosts.

Age Policy

• Minimum Age Requirement: By completing a purchase on Histatu Network's store, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence).
• Randomised Items - Strictly 18+: Crate keys and any other package containing randomised rewards may only be purchased by a person aged 18 or over. This is an absolute requirement: guardian consent does not permit a purchase of a randomised item by anyone under 18, and any such purchase will be reversed and the items removed. Every other category in this store remains subject to the guardian-consent terms below.
• Parental/Guardian Consent for Minors: Except for randomised items, which are 18+ only as stated above: if you are under 18 years of age, you affirm that you have obtained explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian prior to completing this transaction. Said parent or legal guardian must have reviewed and agreed to all terms outlined on this page — including the Refund and Cancellation Policy below — on your behalf, and is considered the responsible party for the purchase.
• Payment Method Authorization: You confirm that the payment method used for this transaction belongs to you, or that you have express authorization from the cardholder/account owner to use it. Unauthorized use of a parent's, guardian's, or any third party's payment method without their consent will be treated as fraudulent activity.
• Right to Verify: Histatu Network reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age or guardian consent at any time. Purchases found to be in violation of this policy may be voided at our discretion, and the associated in-game account may be subject to suspension. Histatu Network shall not be held liable for purchases made by minors without proper guardian authorization.
• Applicability: This Age Policy applies in full to every package, rank, cosmetic, key, currency bundle, and any other digital good or service listed in this store, regardless of price or category - subject to the 18+ rule for randomised items, which overrides the guardian-consent route wherever the two would conflict.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Statutory rights come first: Nothing in this policy removes a right you have under the consumer law of your country. If mandatory local law gives you a right to cancel, withdraw or obtain a refund, that right applies and overrides everything below.
• EU/UK right of withdrawal: Purchases of digital content normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because delivery is immediate, we ask you to consent to instant delivery and acknowledge that doing so ends that right once delivery has begun - this is the standard arrangement under the Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you have not consented, or delivery has not begun, you keep the full 14 days.
• Outside those rights: Because these are intangible digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are otherwise final. We will still put right anything that was not delivered, was delivered incorrectly, or does not work as described - contact support and we will fix or refund it.
• Randomised items: A randomised reward that was delivered as described is not refundable on the basis of the outcome you received. A purchase made by someone under 18 will be reversed, as stated in the Age Policy above.
• Unauthorised purchases: If someone used your payment method without permission, contact us and we will investigate and refund a purchase we find to be unauthorised.
• Before you chargeback: Please open a support ticket first - we can usually resolve it faster than your bank can. We may suspend an account while a payment dispute is open, and we reserve the right to contest disputes we believe to be mistaken using our transaction and delivery records.
