What is Histatu Network?

Histatu Network is a gaming server network that originally gained popularity as a Minecraft powerhouse in 2020, reaching over 100,000 unique players. In early 2026, it was officially relaunched with a focus on the upcoming game Hytale, developed by a team including industry-level developers.

Histatu combines pure nostalgia (survival + factions chaos) with a fresh, modern MMO-style experience built for Hytale’s next-gen performance.

Whether you’re a casual grinder or a hardcore raider, you’ll have something to chase every session.

Key Features of our current Hytale Relaunch

• The network features classic Survival (open-world building and trading) and Factions (empire building with raiding and base fortification).
• Custom Enchants: Over 25+ custom enchants, with individual leveling tiers to provide upgraded perks based, applicable to any weapon, tool, or armor piece in the game
• Major Dungeons: A unique multi-trial-chamber experience that yields fascinating rewards, and unique (co-op) PvE gameplay
• Custom Endgame: A total of 3 wholly-custom dimension worlds with tiered boss fights, yielding unique ingots, and applicable loot to craft end-game tier loot, such as mithril, onyxium, and prisma
• MMO Mechanics: It includes a custom MMO plugin offering over 100+ unique abilities, leveling systems, and diverse playstyles.
• Player Economy: A fully player-driven market includes shops and auction houses to maintain progression balance.

• Minimum Age Requirement: By completing a purchase on Histatu Network's store, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence).

• Parental/Guardian Consent for Minors: If you are under 18 years of age, you affirm that you have obtained explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian prior to completing this transaction. Said parent or legal guardian must have reviewed and agreed to all terms outlined on this page—including the Refund and Cancellation Policy below—on your behalf, and is considered the responsible party for the purchase.

• Payment Method Authorization: You confirm that the payment method used for this transaction belongs to you, or that you have express authorization from the cardholder/account owner to use it. • Applicability: This Age Policy applies in full to every package, rank, cosmetic, key, currency bundle, and any other digital good or service listed in this store, regardless of price or category.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Final Sale Notice: All transactions made through this store are for intangible digital goods. Due to the nature of these products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.

• Immediate Access Waiver: By clicking "Purchase" or "Pay," you provide express consent for the digital content to be delivered immediately and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable by local law).

• Dispute and Chargeback Policy: Opening a dispute or initiating a chargeback through a payment provider or bank is a violation of our Terms of Service. Such actions will result in the permanent termination of your account, a ban from all related services, and the blacklisting of your payment information.

• Legal Compliance: Except as required by mandatory local law (e.g., for defective goods that cannot be repaired or replaced), no exceptions to this policy will be made. We reserve the right to contest any fraudulent chargebacks using transaction logs and delivery confirmation data.
